Overseas Students<\/H2><\/p>\n

If you do not have an F-1 visa yet, start the visa application process as soon as you receive your Acceptance and I-20 from Palomar College. Please follow these steps:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Pay the SEVIS fee online<\/span><\/a>\u00a0–<\/strong> you will need your SEVIS ID\u00a0number that will be on your new I-20 form from Palomar College.<\/li>\n
  2. Make the interview appointment at an<\/span> American Embassy or U.S. Consulate in your area<\/span><\/a>\u00a0– <\/strong>you will need the SEVIS ID number on your new I-20 from Palomar College.<\/li>\n
  3. Relax and go to the visa interview at the time of your appointment.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Have a safe trip to the U.S. and check in to the Office of International Education at the check-in time. Please bring:<\/p>\n

    1. your passport<\/li>\n
    2. I-94<\/li>\n
    3. I-20 form<\/li>\n
    4. local address and telephone number<\/li>\n
    5. proof of accident\/sickness insurance policy<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Students Already in US<\/H2><\/p>\n

      When you receive the acceptance letter via email, ask your advisor at your\u00a0current school to release your SEVIS record to Palomar College. Your I-20 form will be issued when Palomar College receives access to your SEVIS record.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
