We expect to return to the office for the Fall 2021 semester. However, number of people who can be in the office will be limited. Most of the requests can be submitted online by completing the appropriate request forms posted at and send to We will send you the item requested to your student email account. We also are available to meet you on zoom meetings.

If you completed the Graduation Petition, then your Certificate or Degree will be mailed to your permanent address. The deadlines are Sept 30th for the Fall term, February 28th for the Spring term and June 30th for the Summer session. There is no deadline for CSUGE or IGETC Certification.

New Overseas Students for the Fall 2021 term will be required to enroll in one face to face or hybrid class. About 25% of Fall 2021 classes are being offered online. You can take all of your classes online while you are in your home country or if you are a continuing student that began your classes before March 2020.

Please check with CDC (Center for Disease Control and Prevention) travel advisory at and find out if your county has any restriction to enter the U.S.
