With nine years of experience as a Disability Resource Center Counselor, I bring a student-centered lens that prioritizes equity and access in every aspect of instructional and institutional design. You may know me from my years facilitating the popular <em>Access &amp; Equity Hour<\/em> weekly professional development, fostering campus-wide conversations about inclusion, universal design, and accessibility. In this new role, I collaborate with employees across the college to integrate accessibility best practices, optimize digital content, and ensure compliance with accessibility standards.
