The Benefits Office has scheduled walk-in events to answer questions and provide support (held in LRC-308)<\/p>\n

SISC will host a virtual presentation and Q & A during our August 26th drop-in date.<\/p>\n

Our EAP provider will host 3 presentations, 2 on-site with a virtual option and 1 only virtually.<\/p>\n

Don't forget, annual enrollment is required for all flexible spending accounts.\u00a0 American Fidelity will assist with flexible spending account enrollment and other American Fidelity products on-site and virtually.<\/p>\n

AFLAC will be on-site to assist with questions and enrollment.<\/p>\n

What you need to do to make a change on or before August 29, 2025<\/p>\n

1.Find the plan that you would like to change from the list below<\/p>\n

2.Click on that plan text to pull up the digital form<\/p>\n

3.Carefully complete the fields on the digital form<\/p>\n

4.Use the \u201csign\u201d button to create a signature and sign the form<\/p>\n

5.You will receive an emailed copy of the completed form as confirmation of your submission<\/p>\n
