Moving across borders taught me that the best way to understand systems and people is to simply listen to their stories. I grew up in an environment where mental health was pushed under the rug, so I\u2019m on a mission to ditch the clinical clich\u00e9s, make vulnerability feel natural, and help people feel comfortable in their own skin.
