All students deserve to live, learn, and work without fear of violence or discrimination. Colleges and universities across the United States highlight their commitment to creating inclusive and respectful campus communities by launching campaigns or hosting events to recognize National Campus Safety Awareness Month in September.

As part of National Campus Safety Awareness Month 2016, Palomar College will host the following event during the month of September:

“Moving Forward Together” NCSAM 2016 Event:
Date: Monday, Sept. 19th
Time: 11am – 1pm
Location: San Marcos Campus, Student Union Quad

Please join our event that will encompass Crime Prevention & Awareness Programs including: Sexual Assault, Dating Violence, Domestic Violence, Stalking, Child & Elder Abuse. Community organizations like the Women’s Resource Center, Center for Community Solutions, TIPS, along with Community Clinics like North County Health Services and Vista Community Clinic will be present to provide education and resources.
