Student Wellness Advocacy Group (SWAG)<\/strong> <\/h2>\n\n\n\n

SWAG is a peer education program that promotes mental health and wellness education on campus. We are seeking students to join our team for academic year 2026-2027 especially those part of the Federal Work Study or DSIG program!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Federal Work Study<\/strong> <\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Federal Financial Aid Program offered at Palomar College. Students must apply and be eligible before starting employment. The award is earned through part-time employment on campus. Visit the Federal Work Study<\/a> website to view the job listing (under Health Services) and program requirements. 
<\/p>\n\n\n\n

California Dream Act Service Incentive Grant Program<\/strong> (DSIG) <\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The California Student Aid Commission (CSAC) will award up to $4,500 per academic year (up to $2,250 per semester) to eligible California Dream Act Application (CADAA) students who perform 150 hours per semester of community or volunteer service with a Qualifying Service Organization. Students must apply annually to participate in the DSIG program.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
