Skillshop: Understanding Depression & Suicide
April 11 @ 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm PDT
Free
The Student Wellness Advocacy Group (SWAG) invites you to learn about some of the triggers and risk factors associated with Depression and Suicide. COVID-19 and social distancing have added new layers of hardships to many of us, leaving us more vulnerable to developing issues with our mental health.
This spring, all Skillshops will be virtual via Zoom, and registration will be required to participate in each session. Skillshops are FREE and open to all Palomar College students.
