The College Council<\/a> is the principal participatory and planning governance body for the College. It <\/span>provides a forum to review and recommend the direction and focus of the College, consistent with the <\/span>College\u2019s Vision, Mission, and Val<\/span>ues.<\/span> Based on the work and input from the four main participatory <\/span>councils, the College Council directly advises the Superintendent\/President on policy and governance, <\/span>with attention to ensuring that all Palomar College students receive the opportunities a<\/span>nd s<\/span>upport they <\/span>need to leverage their specific circumstances into a strong foundation for life<\/span>-long resilient learning, <\/span>career success, and global citizenship.
