PFD Management, Inc. (PFD) offers a range of items for breakfast and lunch, as well as a variety of snacks and desserts. There are hot selections and grab and go food both at the Coffee Station and in the Food Court\/Caf\u00e9. 
<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Coffee Station carries Starbucks products. All food services staff have been trained by the company to serve Starbucks branded products. A menu of these selections may be found here<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

CATERING<\/mark><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

As Palomar College’s contracted vendor, PFD Management, Inc. (PFD) has the first right of refusal for all <\/strong>catering on campus. Should PFD not be able to accommodate your event, then you must obtain this refusal in writing (e-mail) from the Manager and you may move forward with using an external vendor. Please e-mail Ann Jensen (ajensen@palomar.edu<\/a>) if there are any questions about first right of refusal or if you have any challenges reaching PFD Management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

CATERING MENU:<\/strong> The catering menu can be found here<\/a>. These are just some of the options available. PFD will do their best to accommodate your requested menu and budget for catering. If you do not find what you are looking for on the menu, please ask!<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

CATERING REQUEST STEPS:<\/strong>

1) Complete the Catering Request Form<\/a> and send it to catering@palomar.edu<\/a> and pfdmanagementinc@gmail.com<\/a>. Provide as much information as possible to communicate exactly what your needs are.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

NOTE<\/strong>:It is the requesters responsibility to communicate all preferences and requests to PFD. Please communicate all requirements in detail so there is no confusion.<\/em>

2) PFD will provide a quote for the requested catering via e-mail.

3) Once a quote has been received, a requisition must be entered for the cost of the catering.
Note<\/strong>: Please contact your division office or division ADA should you need assistance with requisition entry. PFD’s supplier ID is: 0000036197 in PeopleSoft<\/em>

4) Once the PO has been processed by Purchasing, please provide PFD with the PO number.

5) When the catering invoice is sent to the department by PFD, the PO number should be referenced and the invoice sent to Accounts Payable (ap@palomar.edu<\/a>) for processing.

6) Accounts Payable sends a check to PFD.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
