Demographics of the local community should be reflected in the committee membership.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The most essential qualifications for members are that they be knowledgeable about the occupation or profession they represent and have the time, interest and enthusiasm necessary to fully participate. College staff serves as resource persons and participates as exofficio members of the committee.
