Per senate bylaws, agenda items must be received by noon on the previous Wednesday to be considered for the agenda.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Information provided in the&nbsp;<em>Faculty Senate Agenda Item Request Form&nbsp;<\/em>is Public\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ensure all information provided in the Agenda Request form can be shared publicly. The information provided and the attached documents will be publicly viewable with the senate agenda in Boarddocs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-aba860b697c80a34a3b498a7f0d73870\">Review Relevant Senate Subcommittees\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\">Before submitting an agenda request, consult&nbsp;Senate Committees &#8211;&nbsp;Faculty<a href=\"https:\/\/www.palomar.edu\/facultysenate\/senate-committees\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">&nbsp;<\/a>Senate&nbsp;to determine if a subcommittee may be better suited to address your topic. Subcommittees often provide a more direct and efficient path for operational outcomes and information dissemination.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Include Supporting Materials (Exhibits)\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If your agenda item requires additional context or documentation (e.g., a presentation\/slide show, data analysis, governance change form, or any other supporting materials) All exhibits must be complete and attached at time of submission.
