You can view availability through our <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facilitron.com\/pcdv92127\">Facilitron District Vehicles Reservation site<\/a>. Please note that if another user has requested a vehicle and it is still in a pending status, that vehicle will still show as available. Vehicles are reserved on a first come first serve basis.<\/p>\n<p class=\"style31\" style=\"text-align: justify\">Confirmation of the vehicle reservation is not complete until drivers are approved and a budget account number is provided for mileage reimbursement.<\/p>\n<p class=\"style31\" style=\"text-align: justify\">When a Facilitron vehicle reservation is received, it is not confirmed until you receive a &#8220;Facility Request &#8211; Approved&#8221; email from Facilitron.\u00a0 Should a Palomar College fleet vehicle not be available for all dates requested, a notification of unavailability to accommodate the request will be sent to the requestor.<\/p>\n<p class=\"style33\" style=\"text-align: justify\"><span class=\"style21\">If a Palomar College fleet vehicle is not available, please refer to\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.palomar.edu\/facilities\/transportation-charter-buses\/\">Charter Buses &amp; Commercial Rental Vehicles<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>All vehicle requests are subject to availability.
