{"id":650,"date":"2015-10-28T15:46:27","date_gmt":"2015-10-28T15:46:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.palomar.edu\/facilities\/?page_id=650"},"modified":"2025-03-18T11:35:21","modified_gmt":"2025-03-18T18:35:21","slug":"signage-vehicle-identification","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.palomar.edu\/facilities\/signage-vehicle-identification\/","title":{"rendered":"Signage &#8211; Vehicle Identification"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"style20\">All Palomar College vehicles that display a logo or other signage must conform to the \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/www.palomar.edu\/guidelines\/manual\/default.htm\">Graphic Standards and Style Manual<\/a>.\u201d\u00a0 Vehicles include, but are not limited to, trucks, cars, vans and motorized carts.<\/p>\n<p class=\"style21\"><u><span class=\"style18\">Markings<\/span><\/u><span class=\"style18\">: <\/span><span class=\"style18\">Each Palomar College-owned vehicle must display clear identification which shows the vehicle belongs to the college.\u00a0 This identification can be the District logo, the athletic logo, or a combination of the two.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"style21\"><u><span class=\"style18\">Safety<\/span><\/u><span class=\"style18\">: <\/span><span class=\"style18\">\u201cHow Am I Driving\u201d information will appear on the back of each vehicle.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"style21\"><u><span class=\"style18\">Emergency<\/span><\/u><span class=\"style18\">: <\/span><span class=\"style18\">District emergency contact information should appear on the back of each vehicle.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"style21\"><u><span class=\"style18\">Identification<\/span><\/u><span class=\"style18\">: <\/span><span class=\"style18\">A vehicle number should also appear on the back of each vehicle.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"style20\">Specifications:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"style17\"><span class=\"style18\">Fleet Vehicles (cars, trucks and vans)<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"style17\"><span class=\"style18\">Each letter\/number must be black<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"style17\"><span class=\"style18\">Size: 6\u201d<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"style17\"><span class=\"style18\">Wording:<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"style17\"><span class=\"style18\">Palomar College, two copies\/sides of vehicles<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"style17\"><span class=\"style18\">Palomar College Emergency Contact Number 760\/891-7273<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"style17\"><span class=\"style18\">One copy\/back of each vehicle<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"style17\"><span class=\"style18\">How am I Driving Report?
