If your event is after hours, an overtime charge may be required. If you need to use a District computer to access the projector screen, please email <a href=\"mailto:allhelpdesk@palomar.edu\">allhelpdesk@palomar.edu<\/a> for a temporary username and password once your event has been approved.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Parking<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If you need parking for visitors, please submit the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.palomar.edu\/police\/planned-event-form-by-e-mail\/\">Planned Event Parking Application<\/a><\/strong> to the Palomar College Police Department (PCPD). PCPD will authorized special &#8220;planned event parking permits&#8221; (visitor passes) only when an application is received, processed and approved 3 weeks prior to the event.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Catering<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The District has contracted with PFD Management, Inc. (PFD) for food services. PFD has the first right of refusal for all catering on the San Marcos campus.\u00a0 Please visit the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.palomar.edu\/foodservices\/\">Food Services website<\/a><\/strong> for information, hours and to download the catering request form. If PFD is <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">unable<\/span> to fulfil the catering request, you may use an outside food vendor, such as an external caterer or food truck. Prior to using an outside food vendor, contact <strong><a href=\"mailto:purchasing@palomar.edu\">Purchasing<\/a> <\/strong>for the steps to follow <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">before <\/span>making these arrangements. For external groups (outside of the college) using Palomar facilities, the use of PFD for catering services is encouraged, but is not required.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n<p>If you&#8217;ve been approved for an external caterer to be on campus and they need to drive on the sidewalks or park on the campus sidewalks, please submit the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.palomar.edu\/eventsscheduler\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/130\/2016\/01\/vehicleaccess.pdf\">Vehicle Access on Sidewalks Request Form<\/a><\/strong>.
