Valley Parkway.&nbsp; Renovated in 2013, with improved student facilities, the Center provides quality instruction and student services in one convenient location.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Center\u2019s instructional program is proud to house four signature programs:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Emergency Medical Education<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fire Technology<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>English as a Second Language<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Air Conditioning, Heating and Refrigeration<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Also, a wide range of courses is offered for students to pursue an associate degree, complete general education requirements for transfer, develop occupational skills for employment, or undertake personal development courses.&nbsp; Courses are offered Monday through Saturday, including day and evening classes, full-semester or fast track format.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Center offers a variety of student services including Admissions, Assessment, Counseling, Financial Aid, Health Services, Library Services, Student Activities, Campus Police and the Teaching and Learning Center.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our dedicated instructors and bilingual staff invite you to take your first step to success by pursuing your educational goals.&nbsp; We look forward to assisting you!<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Our Mission<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The mission of the Escondido Education Center is to support all aspects of the Palomar College mission, with the additional goal of increasing access and service for the Escondido Education Center community and students who are traditionally underrepresented in higher education. To do this, the Center provides all services bilingually in Spanish and English, supports programs designed to increase participation and success rates of underserved populations, and cultivates productive collaborations with local government, educational and community organizations.
