DESCRIPTION:Please join us as we celebrate and honor 55 years of EOPS – September 4th will mark the 55th anniversary of the passing of SB 164\, establishing EOPS at all community colleges across the state of California.  We as the Palomar College EOPS program want to acknowledge this momentous occasion\, honor the legacy of the contributions to our field over the past 55 years\, and set off into the future with the goal of continuing to positively impact students experiencing economic and educational disadvantage.
