Specific instructions to do so are available\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.palomar.edu\/covid19\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/282\/2021\/08\/Student-Guide-COVID-eForm.pdf\">in English<\/a> and\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.palomar.edu\/covid19\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/282\/2021\/09\/Student-Guide-COVID-eForm_ES.pdf\">in Spanish<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Face-to-face students that are requesting an exemption <\/strong>must do one of the following:.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li>File for an exemption online through the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/my.palomar.edu\/psp\/palc9prd\/?cmd=login\">My Palomar Student Portal<\/a>. Specific instructions to do so are available\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.palomar.edu\/covid19\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/282\/2021\/08\/Student-Guide-COVID-eForm.pdf\">in English<\/a> and\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.palomar.edu\/covid19\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/282\/2021\/09\/Student-Guide-COVID-eForm_ES.pdf\">in Spanish<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>IMPORTANT NOTE:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Students with an approved medical or religious exemption will undergo a required weekly diagnostic screening for COVID-19.\u00a0 The screenings are at no cost and will take place on the main campus and education centers.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Face-to-face students that do not want to comply <\/strong>may do one of the following:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li>Contact instructor to discuss possibilities to change the modality of instruction in order to complete the Face-to-face class.<\/li>\n<li>Drop the class (the last date to drop was 10\/15\/2021).\u00a0 <strong><em><u>This may impact current and or future FA and or Vet benefits if applicable.<\/u><\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Ill WHILE ON CAMPUS:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Students who become ill while on campus are requested to complete a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.palomar.edu\/covid19\/covid-19-questionnaire\/\">COVID-19 questionnaire<\/a>.
