To apply to Palomar you must have an account in this system.<br \/>\n<strong>Notice:<\/strong> International students cannot create an OpenCCC account and must apply through the International Student Program (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.palomar.edu\/internationalstudents\/are-you-ready-to-apply-to-palomar-college\/\">linked here<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p>Who must submit a new application?<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>New students<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Returning students<\/strong> who have not attended Palomar College for two consecutive semesters (one year).\u00a0 When completing your application update ensure that you enter your current Palomar ID when prompted<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Notice:<\/strong> OpenCCC is separate from your existing student account.<\/p>\n<p>On the following page you will be asked to access OpenCCC. If you do not have an account, click the \u2018Create an Account\u2019 to be taken to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.opencccapply.net\/gateway\/apply?cccMisCode=061\">Create Your OpenCCC Account<\/a> page. You must still apply to Palomar College.
