All people in the United States, regardless of immigration status, have certain rights and protections under the U.S. Constitution. The ILRC\u2019s Red Cards help people assert their rights and defend themselves in many situations, such as when ICE agents go to a home. Consul App Contigo<\/a>: An app launched by the Mexican government to help assist Mexican immigrants in vulnerable situations, providing quick and safe access to care services, location of consular care offices, relevant information on legal rights and procedures. The app also has a place to store emergency contacts and information about constitutional rights.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
