An affinity group is formed around a shared interest or identity, focusing on support, advocacy, awareness, and community building. An affinity group provides a place of comfort and connection for students and employees who have been historically marginalized to build a welcoming community connected to race, ethnicity, gender, sexuality, religion and other social identities.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
