The annual Nandi Conference<\/a> is held in the fall, typically in October. Allyship Playlist<\/summary>\n

An ally seeks to understand what it feels like for another person or group to be oppressed, and despite knowing you will never fully understand how it feels, is committed to valuing and supporting people who are marginalized. It is important to know that everyone can be an ally, and everyone can need an ally. This reality is built on the concept of intersectionality. Because an ally might have more privilege and recognizes said privilege, they are powerful voices alongside oppressed ones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
