• Discussion on the marketing RFP: deliverables, brand positioning, style guide, element and strategy recommendations, and timeline
• Discussion on the direction the District will go in regards to enrollment, fiscal planning, staffing, outreach and retention, and strengthening our message to the community
• Update on the Staffing Master Plan 2016-222
