Please know that the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.palomar.edu\/childdevelopment\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/261\/2025\/05\/Child-Development-Permit-Changes-2025.pdf\">child development permits are changing<\/a>! This includes but is not limited to an increase in educational requirements.
