Successful students will be able to apply the scientific method by stating a question, performing<br \/>\nexperiments and\/or analyzing a data presentation.<\/li>\n<li>Nomenclature &#8212; Successful students will be able to name general inorganic compounds.<\/li>\n<li>CHEM 110L; Application of the Scientific Method &#8212; Successful students will be able to apply the scientific method by stating a question, performing<br \/>\nexperiments and\/or analyzing a data presentation.<\/li>\n<li>CHEM 110L; Chemical Lab Technique &#8212; Successful students will be able to set up and execute general and intermediate chemical reactions in the<br \/>\nlab using a chemical technique.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>Prerequisite:\u00a0 <\/em>CHEM 100 or the equivalent college introductory chemistry course with a laboratory with a minimum grade of C; Completion of intermediate algebra or the equivalent, or eligibility or completion of any course between MATH 110 and 245 (excluding MATH 197, MATH 120, or PSYC\/SOC 205, or BUS 204) based on multiple measures.<\/p>\n<p><em>Corequisite<\/em> (Course required to be taken concurrently): CHEM 110L<\/p>\n<p><em>Semesters &amp;
