Preparing for finals or test preparation involves a strategic approach to studying and organizing your time effectively to maximize retention and performance. In this workshop, students will learn to prepare for finals such as creating a study schedule, gather study materials, active study techniques, forming study groups, taking breaks, staying healthy, practicing relaxation techniques, and self- assessment.  By following these steps and maintaining a positive mindset, you can effectively prepare for finals, boost your confidence, and enhance your chances of success.
