May is Mental Health Month!
Palomar College Health Services is hosting Question, Persuade, and Refer (QPR) Gatekeeper Training for Suicide Prevention on Tuesday, May 24th at 1:00pm. As a QPR-trained Gatekeeper, you will learn to:
- Recognize warning signs of suicide
- Know how to offer hope
- Know how to get help and save a life
