Celebrate Earth Week 2026 at Palomar College!
Join in-person or via Zoom
The Sustainability Task Force at Palomar College is hosting this Earth Week event to motivate an interest in social and environmental sustainability among our students, employees, and the community that we serve.
Join us April 20–23, from 10 AM–2 PM, for four days of hands-on activities, inspiring speakers, and community connection centering on the theme: Engage. Educate. Act.
- Enjoy interactive sustainability games, student-created “Street Art,” and partner tables in the Student Union Quad (San Marcos)
- Attend daily presentations on topics such as mindfulness, wildlife, clean energy, water conservation, and green careers (in person or on Zoom)
- Grab Comet Café sustainability specials, plant-based options, and get discounts for reusable cups
- Support the Palomar College Food & Nutrition Center with Basic Needs donations
- Join a tour (e.g., Rock Walk) or cleanup event
- Visit the Student Art Sale at the Boehm Gallery
Open to community members. Parking is free in Lots 1 & 2 during the event.
