Type of Project:<\/td>Site electrical and interior electrical in the Science Lab modular buildings for the North Education Center campus in Rainbow, California. SITE ELECTRICAL includes but is not limited to: turnkey onsite electrical service from main SDGE connection at Horse Ranch Creek Road to Interim Village modular buildings; infrastructure for future site power and fire alarm; switchgear; site lighting at roads, parking lots, and Interim Village; conduit and other infrastructure for onsite low voltage services (wiring \/cabling \/fiber \/equipment by others); \u201cEmergency Blue Phone Stations\u201d (akaTalk-A-Phones) turnkey; infrastructure, wiring, and permanent connection for Parking Meters (equipment by others); infrastructure only for future photovoltaic service in parking lot areas. INTERIOR ELECTRICAL at the Science Lab modular includes but is not limited to: 120V electrical rough-in and finishes; lighting; fire alarm; infrastructure for low voltage services (wiring\/cabling\/fiber\/equipment by others). Permanent electrical connection to electrical panels at all other modular buildings.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

Any bid submitted by a Bidder who does not attend one of the mandatory pre-bid conferences shall be considered a non-responsive bid.
