Athletics Stadium Grandstand Design/Build Project

Type of Project:Design and build complete bleacher/grandstand system for new Palomar College football stadium located on the San Marcos campus. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the complete design of bleacher system including foundations, submittal to and approval from the Division of the State Architect (DSA), fabrication and installation of an approximately 3,600 seat grandstand system per bid documents.

Application package at: http://www.palomar.edu/businessservices/contractor-pre-qualification-process/. Any bid submitted by a Bidder who is not prequalified with Palomar College shall be considered a non-responsive bid.
Closing Date:September 22, 2021, no later than 3:00 p.m.
Document Delivery Location:Bids shall be received in the Facilities office located in the M & O building, Room 100, of Owner at 1140 West Mission Road, San Marcos, CA 92069, and shall be opened and publicly read aloud at the above-stated time and place.Campus Map
