President’s Office Remodel Project

Type of Project:The project consists of renovation of an existing meeting room located on the 4th floor of the new LRC building into offices and a meeting room for the District President/Superintendent and their support staff including 3 offices, workroom, unisex restroom, meeting room and visitor waiting area. Work includes minor demolition, construction of new drywall partitions, relocation of an interior glass wall and modifications to the MEP and fire sprinkler systems in the zone of work.
