This SMS Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use your mobile information. This policy is an addendum to our standard Notice of Privacy Practices and FERPA\/HIPAA disclosures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mobile Information Collection and Use<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We collect your mobile phone number only when you voluntarily provide it to us (e.g., via intake forms or patient portal). We use this information strictly for the following purposes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Appointment reminders and scheduling updates.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Health-related alerts and notifications.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">SMS Terms of Service<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Palomar College Health Services operates a campaign that sends opted-in subscribers appointment reminders and other updates.
