Wellness Central is a free online health and wellness resource that is available 24\/7 in your space at your pace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/solunaapp.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Soluna<\/a> &#8211; A free and confidential mental health support app designed to meet Californians between the ages of 13-25 wherever they are in their journey. Visitors can find reliable information on how to cope with challenges such as posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD), traumatic brain injury, military sexual trauma, and transitioning from service.
