Students must be enrolled in at least <strong>one<\/strong> class to access services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Food and Nutrition Center (FNC) provides a variety of fresh produce, pantry staples, ready-to-eat foods, frozen items and basic needs support to help students stay healthy and successful in school. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Hours of Operation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Fall Hours: Monday through Thursday from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Services<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Between 20 and 30 pounds of free groceries per month (depending on household size). <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Diaper program for student-parents with dependent children under the age of 5 years old.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Free hygiene kits and period products.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Free snacks located at the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.palomar.edu\/basicneeds\/grab-n-go\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"67\">Grab N&#8217; Go fridge<\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/www.palomar.edu\/basicneeds\/grab-go-stations\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"67\">s<\/a> across the San Marcos campus and all three Education Centers (Fallbrook, Escondido, Rancho Bernarado).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Additional Resources<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<details class=\"wp-block-details is-layout-flow wp-block-details-is-layout-flow\"><summary>Diaper Program<\/summary>\n<p>The Diaper Distribution Program is offered through a partnership with Jewish Family Service and the Jacobs &amp; Cushman San Diego Food Bank to support eligible students.\u200b Each student can receive up to 100 diapers per eligible child, per month. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>To be eligible a student must:\u200b<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Be enrolled in the current semester\u200b<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Have completed the required <a href=\"https:\/\/jfssd.jotform.com\/260484181360151\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Jot Form<\/a>&nbsp;\u200b<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Have a child under 5 years old\u200b<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n<details class=\"wp-block-details is-layout-flow wp-block-details-is-layout-flow\"><summary>Food Map Locators<\/summary>\n<p>If you are in need of additional nutrition support, please visit the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sandiegofoodbank.org\/get-food\/\">San Diego Food Bank<\/a> or <a href=\"https:\/\/feedingsandiego.org\/find-food\/\">Feeding San Diego<\/a> food map locators to find free food distribution sites across San Diego County.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Did you know Palomar College students have access to free groceries, hygiene products, diapers, period products, snacks and other essential resources on campus?
