It is a  <span style=\"font-size: 90%\"><a href=\"http:\/\/resource.org\/ntis_agreement.html\">Joint Venture NTIS-1832<\/a> between the National Technical Information Service and Public.Resource.Org. <\/span>The topics of these films  range from presidential speeches to agricultural practices to public  health and safety. The site has many catagories including Animation, Arts and Music, Computers and Technology, Sports, Spirituality, and News. Some films are instructional in nature, for example  there is a film for police officers on how to arrest someone. Other  films are more informative in nature and some films are flat-out  propaganda films. All of the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.archive.org\/details\/FedFlix\">FedFlix<\/a>  films are in the public domain so feel free to reuse and remix them as  you desire.
