Art Department Scholarship Competition Spring 2022<\/h2>\n

This year due to Covid-19 the Art Department has taken its scholarship competition online.\u00a0 We are excited to have scholarships available for students currently enrolled in at least one Art class this semester. The scholarship competition is being hosted as a Canvas class so if you would like to participate head on over to this link https:\/\/palomar.instructure.com\/enroll\/K9XA9T<\/a>\u00a0and self-enroll in the class.\u00a0 There is no grade and it will not effect your GPA.<\/p>\n

The deadline to submit a completed application, and images of your works of art, is Wed., April 27, 2022 at 11:59 p.m. <\/b>Scholarship recipients will be listed as an announcement on the scholarship Canvas site.\u00a0 The Palomar College Foundation will also notify winners in writing.<\/p>\n

The Art Department has an annual scholarship competition for\u00a0enrolled students. The event gives students the opportunity to present a selection of their work (no more than six) and have it judged by the faculty, and\u00a0you will be required to prepare a statement for the judges to review. Your submitted pieces must have been produced within the last two years.<\/p>\n

The competition takes place in April of each year. Check back at the beginning of the month for this years exact date, and a link to the form you’ll need to fill out to enter the competition.<\/p>\n
