Published in 2014\, the novel remains timely and relevant in its thematic engagements. Our book club will explore such themes as historical memory and awareness\, the complexities of mixed-race romance and family\, and intercommunal solidarity. We will hold two book club meetings\, offering a space for discussion and reflection on the book’s themes and their connection to AANHPI experiences. \nGrab a treat\, share your thoughts\, and hang out with fellow book lovers! 📚✨ Sign up by April 7.
