The college credit is transcribed during the fall for the previous spring term. For example, credit earned during the 2023-24 school year will be transcribed during the Fall of 2024, and appear on the students\u2019 transcript as Spring 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The deadline for high school instructors to enter grades and credit recommendations into CATEMA is June 15th.\u00a0 <\/p>\n\n\n\n

After high school teachers have entered students\u2019 grades and credit recommendations, Palomar College staff pulls records from CATEMA, so we can enroll students in the course and transcript their credit. Due to the high volume of students and classes, this is a lengthy process. We transcript the\u00a0FINAL EXAM GRADE<\/strong>\u00a0from CATEMA with a notation of \u201cCredit by Exam.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If students do not complete any of the enrollment steps to receive credit on time then students have 3 years to connect with the CTE Articulation Credit\/Exam program. Below are the deadlines for the following academic years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
