Hybrid Spanish classes and meeting times
Class format
The World Languages Department offers three levels of Spanish classes in a hybrid format. Spanish 101, 102 and 201. Some classes are divided into two parts such as Spanish 201A and 201B. Together, these two are the equivalent to Spanish 201.
All classes combine online instruction or video lectures with weekly meetings on campus. These classes are best suited for students who can study and learn language concepts on their own. During class meetings, students will do speaking activities and oral presentations to practice their language skills. Quizzes and exams are also taken during class meetings.
