Inside, there is information concerning our mission, curriculum, location, rates, housing and the community in which we reside. MISSION STATEMENT:

The California English School (CES) is dedicated to enhancing World-Wide educational opportunities for international students by providing quality instruction in the English language also the opportunity to learn and experience American culture.

The California English School is not just an educational institution, but a cultural one as well. Many people from around the world have studied here and we cater to all of those who wish to learn English and attend an American university or college.

English is not an easy language to learn, but set in the right atmosphere and with the right educators, the task becomes much easier as well as pleasant. This is why we feel that in our course of study, our students will come away with much more than the ability to speak English, they will open the door to a wide world of opportunities and potential success.

Located in one of the fastest growing parts of the United States, the California English School at Palomar College provides an intensive program of learning, recreation and cultural activities for students and professionals wanting to improve their English language skills while developing a better understanding of American culture and business practices.
Our modern CES facilities are located right on the campus of Palomar College in San Marcos, California, allowing students the opportunity to study and learn on an American college campus before actually being accepted into the college.
California English School students have access to the facilities and activities of Palomar College, one of California's premiere community colleges, whose total enrollment currently exceeds 26,000 students. With the purchase of a Palomar College Identification Card (PIC card), CES students may utilize athletic facilities, recreational programs and the college library, with its extensive book and periodical collection as well as the student computer work stations.
