As
a teacher, I am a facilitator, coach, manager, cheerleader, prompter,
presenter and guide as well as a partner in the learning process.
I believe that study consists of memorization, practice and review/synthesis
or as Gagne put it, specific responding, chaining, classifying, rule
using, and problem solving.
