Note: Students will only grow, learn and develop through collaborative effort of the Upward Bound Program and their parents and/or guardians with 100% attendance and active, positive participation. The parent and/or guardian’s active participation and support will enhance the motivation, skill building and retention of the UB students and make the program a success.
The Upward Bound Program at Palomar College is a federally funded high school student retention and college preparation program. The program and funding are based on student participation and continued academic success, as well as parent/guardian involvement.
