TO BECOME A UPWARD PARTICIPANT:
- Attending a Final Family Interview (Selected Students and Parents)
- Successfully Complete a Probationary Period (As determined by Program Director)
Students may be eligible for the Upward Bound Program under the following criteria:
• First-Generation College Student (Neither parent has a bachelor’s degree) and/or
- Low Income (Based on Federal Income Guidelines table at the left)
- U.S. Citizen and/or Legal/Permanent Resident
- Demonstrated Academic Need as Determined by the UB Program
