TRiO Services


Students may be eligible for the Student Support Services Program under the following criteria:


  • First-Generation College Student (Neither parent has a bachelor's degree) and/or
  • Low Income (Based on Federal Income Eligibility Guidelines)
  • Effective January 26, 2012:

TRIO MISSION STATEMENT

Through USED Federal grants, we will provide innovative and supportive services and programs for low-income, first-generation, and disabled students, and their parents, while working collaboratively with the Palomar College campus, area schools, universities, and commerce and community organizations.

The TRIO programs staff, students, and educators will ensure accomplishment of the annual grant objectives and participants’ annual student academic and career goals and achievements.
