STRESS QUIZ

Instructions: Answering these 10 questions can give you a quick read on how well you are handling stress. They come from the Perceived Stress Scale devised by psychologists Sheldon Cohen and colleagues at Carnegie Mellon University. Researchers have found several connections between high levels of stress on this scale and increasing risk of health problems, such as respiratory infections, depression and failure among diabetics to control blood sugar.

TRIO MISSION STATEMENT

Through USED Federal grants, we will provide innovative and supportive services and programs for low-income, first-generation, and disabled students, and their parents, while working collaboratively with the Palomar College campus, area schools, universities, and commerce and community organizations.

The TRIO programs staff, students, and educators will ensure accomplishment of the annual grant objectives and participants’ annual student academic and career goals and achievements.
