New SPIP
The way SPIP works is every time a student does any of the TRIO/SSS events or requirements they earn a point(s). These points will be kept track of by the coordinators. The points earned can be accumulated so that a student can save up points in exchange for prizes, the more points a student has the bigger the prize will be. However, the points can only be accu-mulated until the end of each semester. If the student does not exchange points for prizes before January 13th, 2012 the points will be removed. 1 point will be deducted if a student is a no call and no show for a counseling appointment or event. If you have any questions please feel free to call or stop by the office and speak with one of the coordinators.
Or you can email us triosss@palomar.edu
