The Palomar Tech Prep Consortium is seeking applications for mini-grants from faculty in the schools and colleges that comprise the Consortium. Proposals are requested for the following:

Activities that strengthen ties between vocational program in High School, Community College and local business or industry

Transportation for the Palomar College Career and Technical Education Open House on Friday,
March 11, 2005

Applicants must be part of the Palomar Tech Prep Consortium and be in one of the following categories:

Automotive

Architectural Design
Business
Cabinet/Furniture Technology
Diesel
Drafting
Fashion Merchandising or Design
Graphic Communications
Office Information Systems
Police/Fire Academy

Allowable
Expenses
Time spent on curriculum development, substitutes for high school teachers, travel, supplies, books and meetings

Review Process
Three representatives will review the applications. Applications will be scored and ranked to determine the award of grants. All grants will be evaluated and ranked on the basis of the following criteria:
