Introduction to electronic design and illustration. Students will generate new images or convert bitmapped images into PostScript to create a variety of projects.

Preparation for employment in the graphics industry. Students will develop a professional portfolio to showcase graphic skills and techniques and use the Internet and other resources to organize and implement a personal job search. Includes presentation and interview skills.
Prerequisite: Desktop Publishing with Illustrator (R GC 152) and Digital Imaging/Photoshop I
(R GC 140)
