|
Welcome to the Criminal Justice Club web page. The Criminal Justice Club is an extension of the instructional activities focused primarily on criminology and the general study of criminal behavior. The purpose of the Criminal Justice Club is to provide students with the opportunity to actively engage the research and investigative aspects of crime, criminal activity, and the inter-profession exchange of information within the law enforcement community. |
|
The Criminal Justice Club encourages students to participate in various
activities including field trips, cooperative study events, and group-based
discussions. For more information, please contact Mr. Kevin Barrett, Criminal Justice Club Advisor (760) 744-1150 ext. 2795 or via email kbarrett@palomar.edu |

The Palomar College Criminal Justice Club maintains an active field trip and internship oriented program, exposing students to real-world situations within the profession of interest. Recent field trip activities included a visit to the San Francisco Police Department and the various internal departments that support the agency. Students also visited the nearby San Quentin maximum security prison. |
