Proposition M

ICOC Annual Report

Per the ICOC Committee By-Laws:  The Committee shall present to the Board, in public session, an annual written report which shall include the following:

  1. A statement indicating whether the District is in compliance with the requirements of Article XIIIA, Section 1(b)93) of the California Constitution; and
  2. A summary of the Committee's proceedings and activities for the preceding year.

The Annual Report shall be in writing and shall summarize the proceedings and activities conducted by the Committee. (Note: Series A Bond Sale was May 2, 2007. District's Fiscal year ends June 30th. In accordance with State and Federal law, the first Annual Report will be for fourteen months for the period May 2, 2007 through June 30, 2008. The report will be issued in Fall 2008.)
